Toneczar Effects strives for personalized service and ships worldwide.
Placing an order is as follows:
- Send me an e-mail, with your order and shipping address. Please specify box finish (black or polished).
- I'll send a return email confirming your order, answering any questions, and placing you on the wait-list for your selected product(s). Note: Each product has a separate wait-list. Wait times vary depending on which product I'm currently building, and is the longest for the echoczar*.
- Accessories (expression pedals, TRS cables, "Y" cables, etc) are not subject to the wait-list. Accessory orders are pre-paid and ship within 2 weeks.
- When your name is up on a product wait-list, you will receive a payment request via email. Your order will ship within one to six weeks from the time payment is received, depending on product ordered and box finish choice.
- You may send total payment to my PayPal account (ed@toneczareffects.com). You may ask questions at any time via email or telephone.
*Wait times for the echoczar will not be estimated until your name moves into the top 20 on the wait-list. When inquiring about your wait-list placement, the standard response will be something like this: “Your wait-list placement is intact at 01/01/08.” Only those who are prepared to endure the wait should request to be placed on the echoczar wait-list.
